Quilt, "Chimney Sweep" pattern Red and White cotton c. 1870

Quilt, "Chimney Sweep" pattern was made by Lucy Sealy, grandmother of Herbert Bicknell, Potsdam, NY. It won First Prize at the Potsdam Fair in 1876. Donated to the museum by Mrs. Molly Bicknell in 1979.
